               devices that can share and gather data.

               IoT makes it possible to link equipment and sensors for

               predictive maintenance, enabling the collection of

               real-time data.

               Connectivity facilitates the transfer of data to
               centralized systems for processing and guarantees

               smooth communication between devices.





        2.2    Data Acquisition and Monitoring



               Data acquisition is the process of gathering pertinent
               information from a variety of sources, including sensors,

               machinery, and maintenance logs.

                Monitoring equipment conditions in real-time yields

               useful information on variables like temperature,

               vibration, and energy usage.

               Organizations can track the health and performance of

               their equipment through continuous data monitoring
               and gathering, which makes predictive maintenance

               easier.
