         ENHANCING PRODUCT

         QUALITY WITH INDUSTRY 4.0

4.1 Quality Assurance in Industry 4.0

Industry 4.0 enables the application of better quality assurance
approaches by integrating digital technologies into quality

management processes. Data analytics, automation, and real-
time monitoring are needed to ensure adherence to quality

standards throughout the manufacturing cycle, from the
acquisition of raw materials to the delivery of the finished

         product.

        4.2 Real-time quality monitoring

Real-time quality monitoring collects and analyzes data during
the production process using connectivity, IoT, and sensors. It

enables organizations to monitor critical quality parameters in

real-time, identify deviations or flaws, and take prompt
corrective action to ensure consistent product quality and lower

         defect rates.

        4.3 Fault Detection and Prevention

The adoption of 4.0 technology allows for the early detection and
avoidance of defects. The identification of anomalies or trends

that may point to potential flaws or quality problems is made
possible by the ongoing collection and analysis of data. By

proactively addressing these issues, organizations may reduce
rework and scrap, improve product quality, and prevent

         mistakes.
